We had an unforgettable wedding at Jade 735's beautiful villa. Flawlessly hosted 20 guests on my birthday with excellent amenities. The bonfire, live music, and delicious food made it truly memorable.

This review is for JADE's property called The Lantern House by Jade near Chikabalabura. Bad Bad Bad hospitality. This was not a good experience at all. Stayed here for a couple of nights. They charge a bomb for the property but the facilities and hospitality is not worth it. As soon as we checked in after completing the full 100% payment, the cleaner and cook came to us asking for money for dinner, they were adamant that we pay them in advance for all meals and snacks incl. tea and coffee. I had to call the sales team who sold this deal to me to make them understand that F&B bills are cleared at checkout. !Nightmare welcome! Property wasn't the cleanest, the pool had debris floating. Although the view from the terrace pool is good. Bathroom fittings dropped like they are made out of clay, one of the room's AC had water leaking inside the room making the floor look like a pool. The next evening the cook and cleaner came again demanding money from us for the food. Pathetic. They mention in the brocher that this property comes with a fully functional kitchen but surprise surprise, when we wanted to cook a light meal we were asked 2000 to use the gas cylinder. This after paying Rs.50,000+ in rent and food to them. Overall, it's a shame that they run this place with such bad staff and dirty place. Will never suggest this to anyone.

Jade 735 was the ideal venue for our graduation celebration. Excellent amenities, cozy bonfire, dipping in the pool in the hot sun is truly amazing.

The farmhouse was the perfect venue for our office party. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the pool was a great way to cool off on a hot day. The barbecue and bonfire were also a big hit with everyone in our group - we had a great time!
